The Supreme Court rejects a bid to revive a plea deal for accused 9/11 mastermind Khalid Sheikh Mohammed, and France reels from a weekend of violent riots.

The Supreme Court on Monday declined to revive a 2024 plea agreement that would have spared Mohammed the death penalty in exchange for a guilty plea and a life sentence. The deal was rescinded by then-Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin, and Mohammed now faces a military trial at Guantanamo Bay. In France, rioters burned buildings, looted stores and damaged historic landmarks; The Wall Street Journal reports several hundred police officers and firefighters were injured and more than 2,000 people were detained.

Also tonight: "No Kings" rallies across the U.S., President Donald Trump's campaign stops in Georgia and Kentucky and his endorsement of Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, and a pickup truck crash on a youth soccer field in Wichita, Kansas, that killed a 6-year-old and a 35-year-old man.

With the midterms two weeks away, WallBuilders President Tim Barton responds to former House Speaker Newt Gingrich's prediction of a Republican upset, Sen. Elissa Slotkin's comments on prosecuting Trump administration officials and a new Lifeway Research survey on pastors and politics. Quisha King, host of The Quisha King Show, discusses the Michigan Senate race, noncitizen voting and the WNBA's national anthem controversy. Victory News Tonight also covers Ken Paxton's Texas Senate campaign, Minnesota's Senate debate and Hobby Lobby CEO David Green's decision not to sell Halloween merchandise.
