Two former FBI officials are charged with lying to Congress about their role in the Hunter Biden laptop investigation, and some longtime Michigan Democrats say they will vote for Republican Mike Rogers over Abdul El-Sayed.

Federal authorities say the pair told the House Judiciary Committee in 2023 they had no involvement in the Hunter Biden investigation, while internal FBI messages show they discussed the laptop frequently before the 2020 election; they self-surrendered Friday and face up to five years in prison if convicted. In Michigan, former Pontiac City Councilwoman Melanie Rutherford and Saginaw County Sheriff William Federspiel explain why they are breaking with their party, and El-Sayed clashed with Fox News anchor Bret Baier over a 2012 statement backing Egypt's Mohamed Morsi. More than 27.4 million Americans have already voted early, President Donald Trump says he will veto Democratic legislation if they win either chamber, Elon Musk says Ukraine violated Starlink's terms of service, and riots continued across France and Spain.

Constitutional attorney KrisAnne Hall, founder of Liberty First Society, weighs in on New York City Mayor Zohran Mamdani's video advising immigrants on ICE encounters, 170 House Democrats' call to drop the Ilhan Omar investigation, a fan removed from a Portland Thorns game over a T-shirt, a post office inside a Minnesota mosque and Israel's election. Ashley Hayek, president of America First Works, discusses her Townhall op-ed on why Christians must vote in the midterms, Robert Reich's call to nationalize Starlink and SpaceX, and how college students define socialism. Victory News Tonight also covers the Alaska Senate lawsuit, Barack Obama's rallies, Iran's threats against Americans abroad, María Corina Machado's return to Venezuela and Kenneth Copeland praying over Ken Paxton at Eagle Mountain International Church.
